I was born and raised in Texas where I fancied myself an artist of the visual persuasion.  However, after a brilliant 6th grade production of "Murder Most Foul" in which I played Daisy-May Pruett, and for which I designed the company t-shirts, a life in the performing arts was established.  I quickly realized that theatre is an excellent source of drama and I have cherished the performative creative space ever since.  This was also the fateful year I discovered my propensity for stage and special effects makeup.  So thank you, Ms. Burnside,  you really set me up.  After high school, I packed it all up and headed North to NYC to pursue my career and earned a BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts.  I currently reside in Brooklyn and am part of  the 'brooklyn soundpainting company' (BSC for short) headed by Tomi Tsunoda.
